What we collect
To create your Soul Map and personalise Sophia, we collect: your birth data (date, time, place), email address, current city, the conversations you have with Sophia, your journal and dream entries, and any intentions or preferences you set. We also collect minimal device and usage information needed to keep the service running.
How we use it
Your birth data powers your Soul Map (astrology, numerology, Human Design, and related systems). Your conversations, journal, and dream entries are used to give Sophia context so her guidance is personal to you. Your soul signature is used to surface meaningful matches with other members. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles all card data under PCI-DSS. We receive only a subscription status and billing identifier so we can unlock premium features for your account.
AI processing
Sophia and the Soul Map use third-party large language models to generate guidance. Relevant inputs (birth chart context, recent conversation, journal snippets) are sent to these providers solely to produce your response and are not used by us to train public models.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can access, correct, export, or permanently delete your data at any time. Account deletion is one click from Settings and wipes your profile, birth data, conversations, journal, dreams, matches, and messages from our database.
