The service
SoulMatch.ai is offered as an at-will service for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Sophia, the Soul Map, and related guidance are reflective tools — they are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service respectfully with other members. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, other members, or our infrastructure.
Subscriptions
Premium plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of generated guidance, or any specific outcome from using the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access where required by law or to protect the service and its members.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
